In the beginning there was a problem with the order but it was taken care of and handled very professionally very happy with the experience will shop there many times

End to end customer delight! From order to delivery. Dwayne is an exceptional sales consultant. Alex and team were extraordinary with the delivery, the dresser was so heavy yet they dint flinch and ensured that it is placed and set up to my satisfaction.

A truly unique collection, knowledgeable and friendly staff who are not pushy but always helpful. Items for any budget and taste. I hidden gem that I couldn’t recommend more highly! We went into the store with no real vision on what we wanted and Jeff Brooks worked miracles finding unique items within our budget that perfectly reflect our style. He was tremendously helpful in shaping our vision and we will continue to work with him for future purchases and projects.

We purchased several pieces of furniture at Safaviah in Bridgewater and were very pleased with both the choices and the helpful and professionalism of the staff. The delivery service was courteous and careful. Everyone who helped us was patient in helping with decisions that were right for us. We enjoyed the experience very much.

The people at the store and the delivery people were friendly and helpful. We ordered a table that was not in stock and it took a very long time for it to arrive ( 3-4 weeks longer than expected). I don't think it was under the stores control. The furniture is very nice and seems well made except that the bottom of the chair legs is rough wood. Without adding gliders they would have ruined our floors on the first use. This is something that either the manufacturer or the store could easily have addressed.

My wife was looking for a specific rug without success until we contacted Jeff Ashraf at Safavieh Home Furnishings in Manhattan, Chelsea Showroom.

He not only spent a considerable amount of time on the phone and followed up through emails he found this one very difficult rug for my very appreciative wife.

The variety of furniture in the store is large. There are always good deals downstairs and periodic sales. Our sales person, Esther, was very patient and helped us make some decisions that we are very happy with. We were able to purchase items off the floor and they were delivered immediately. Extremely happy with the furniture and the service!

A beautiful store, lots of inventory and showroom is gorgeous! The lady behind the front desk, I believe her name is Valerie, she was an exceptional worker! Very friendly. Extremely helpful. And made my experience so much better! She said she's new there but seemed like she's been there for a while! Definitely a fast learner and a good addition to their staff!

Loved working with Angie!! I ordered my daughters furniture in late November. I was told at the time of purchase it would take several months. Angie kept me updated and I received a call from the warehouse to schedule a delivery date in early March. The day before my scheduled delivery date I got a call and text with an approximate time. The link allowed me track my order. Fortunately for me they were ahead of schedule. I was super excited. The delivery men literally rolled out a red carpet on my doorstep and took off their shoes to carry the 3 gorgeous pieces of furniture to my daughters bedroom. I’m so happy with my purchase. The quality of the Bernhardt pieces is incredible and I will be ordering more furniture Safavieh!

As a potential customer in summer 2020, I was prepared to be challenged by the high-end price tags that come with exceptional quality furniture. In the end, the challenges were minimized by the constant guidance of Melissa. Over several months, she listened well and offered patience and clarification as I agonized over making multiple choices in purchasing a sofa, bed, mattress and nightstands and area rugs. She demonstrated strengths in customer service and collaboration in resolving issues that can occur in any organization. For example, a problem arose with the delivery of my mattress. Within hours, she collaborated with managers in two states. In particular, she worked with Alen, the store manager to deliver a mattress I love! Throughout, I watched how Melissa understood all the moving parts of customer satisfaction and communicated them effectively to Alen as well as the back-end members of her team. For example, she made certain that area rug paddings were cut to the right size. Not a small detail!

I initially went into Safavieh (Hartsdale, NY) looking for a dining room set. Once in, I instantly fell in love with almost everything and decided to furnish my entire apartment through them. Some how I was paired with Melissa and I have to say it was a perfect match. Although it’s a professional relationship, Melissa so easy going that she became a friend in my head lol. I’m very indecisive, however, Melissa is very patient and listened to what I wanted and presented me with exactly what I was looking for (plus more). What I appreciated most about my experience with Melissa and the store is that I never felt pressured into buying anything. They worked with me and at my pace. The store can be on the pricey side, however, most of the furniture pieces are unique. You won’t go into your friend’s home and see something you have unless he/she shopped at Safavieh. I highly recommend this store.

Safavieh has unique and tasteful furniture unlike many run-of-the mill furniture stores. I'm constantly underwhelmed by the lack of choice options at other stores, even high-end ones. However, that uniqueness comes at a premium price at Safavieh. Superior customer service, especially from Joyce, is worth the piece of mind in knowing you are purchasing quality furniture from a retailer that isn't going out of business anytime soon and they will be responsive should anything go wrong.
