How Do You Design
With Safavieh Style?
Construction: Hand Tufted/Hooked
Fiber Content: Wool
Style: Shag & Flokati
Simple geometric patterns reminiscent of Moroccan tribal motifs distinguish this Casablanca shag by Safavieh. Beautifully styled naïve diamond designs, sketched in a supple shade of earthy green and detailed with painterly, suggested fringe, stretch across the ivory shag pile. Hand-tufted using pure New Zealand wool for a plush texture, rural-chic floor covering.

This rug is made using a cotton backing layer which is
applied to the underside of the rug to secure the yarns firmly in place.example»
Pile height refers to the face of your rug as measured from the top
of the yarns down to its foundation. Pile height is not the total thickness
of the rug. The thickness of a rug is the pile height + foundation +
backing material (if used). In general you can add approx. 1/8 1/4 inch to the pile height to determine the total thickness of a rug.
