Rug TOB979B Ruyi
Thomas Obrien Rug Collection
The delicate, coral-like calligraphy of Ruyi by Thomas O’Brien for Safavieh is adapted from an antique ceramic tea bowl. O’Brien used its relaxed, gestural drawing as a small-scale, constantly repeating form. A subtle spiral structure orders the shapes that emerge, giving a touch of formality to the overall wool and silk Nepalese rug.
Construction: Hand Knotted

Vacuum regularly. Brushless attachment is recommended. Avoid direct and continuous exposure to sunlight. Do not pull loose ends; clip them with scissors to remove. Remove spills immediately; blot with clean cloth by pressing firmly around the spill to absorb as much as possible. For hard-to-remove stains professional rug cleaning is recommended.
