One of the most densely patterned, textile-like carpets of the collection, this design begins with the type of positive-negative patterning found in Indonesian batik fabrics. A radial motif is isolated within repeating circles, then layered over a back filled with another sarong-style figure. As the pattern takes over the whole field, it approaches the elaboration of a traditional carpet. The simplicity of the circles lets it feel more modern or exotic depending on the setting, in plum-brown with rose, celadon, and white gold accents.
Vacuum regularly. Brushless attachment is recommended. Avoid direct and continuous exposure to sunlight. Do not pull loose ends; clip them with scissors to remove. Remove spills immediately; blot with clean cloth by pressing firmly around the spill to absorb as much as possible. For hard-to-remove stains professional rug cleaning is recommended.
